Harvest: selected grapes, hand-picked from young pergolas, destemmed and crushed with a soft press. The must undergoes cold clarification and is left to ferment at controlled temperature to enrich the typical sensory profile of this excellent native variety.
Colour: intense straw yellow tinged with green. Nose: heady notes harmonizing with hints of rose, honey and balsamic herbs. Palate: mouthfilling alcohol perfectly at home with solid almond notes and good acidity for a tasty, lingering profile.
