Mousse: gentle and abundant, with subtle, lingering bead. Color: intense straw yellow. Nose: fruit-laden with a delicate, aromatic and truly elegant bouquet. Palate: crisp, velvety, perfectly balanced. Total acidity: 5.6g/l. Residual sugars: 1.1 %.
