The harvested clusters undergo cryo-maceration, soft pressing and decanting of the free-run must, and thermocontrolled fermentation.

Color: Faint straw yellow, with greenish highlights. Scent: delicate. Taste: pleasantly savory and harmonious on the palate.

Pairs well with fish, white meats and cheeses. An excellent aperitif, it can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
